NBA DFS Players to Target – Dec. 8, 2017

Andre Drummond, C, DET $9,600

Andre Drummond, C, DET $9,600

Drummond is on a tear, scoring 56.9, 53.2, 42, and 59 FP in his last four games. He’s got 18 double-doubles in 24 games this season. Even at $9,600 he’s worth it due to the fact he’s got a legit shot to grab 20+ rebounds every night. He’s even chipping in 4 assists, 1.2 blocks and 1.6 steals a game. If you drafted him in your season-long leagues then you’re definitely getting a good return on investment.

Eric Beldsoe, PG, MIL $7,300

Bledsoe scored 19 points (4-9 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 9-10 FT), grabbed 4 rebounds, two assists and two steals in 32 minutes on Saturday. He was able to score 36.5 FP against Avery Bradley’s lock-down defense on Wednesday, and he gets a matchup with the Mavericks tonight at 8:00pm. We saw Kyrie take advantage of Dennis Smith Jr’s defense this week and I expect Bledsoe to do the same.

Avery Bradley, SG, DET $5,300

Bradley has had an up and down fantasy week including two dud performances of 8.2 and 9.4 FP. He rebounded on Wednesday with 26.2 FP, just above his average. I consider tonight’s matchup with the Warriors a plus because it should involve the Pistons playing catch up and Bradley loves to chuck up threes early and often. His rebounding numbers have been non-existent this year (2.5 RPG) which is in part because Andre Drummond gets them all, and because the Celtics needed him to help out with rebounding a lot last year.

Denzel Valentine, SF, CHI $5,100

As I’ve said before, the Bulls are desperate for anyone to step up and give their team a spark. Valentine provided that on Wednesday with 15 points, including 4-7 from 3-point range. He added 8 rebs, and 3 assists for a nice 30.1 FP. If he can get close to that tonight, he’s well worth the $5,100 salary.
