5 DFS Basketball Bargain Options For Jan. 10, 2021

1.) Tacko Fall, C, Boston Celtics

The Celtics are so short-handed right now that Fall made a rare appearance against Washington two nights ago and did not disappoint (4 points, 8 rebounds, 3 blocks). I’m not sure how he would match up against a very quick Heat frontcourt, but if he’ll get 15-20 minutes a night, he’ll probably give you over one fantasy point per minute.

2.) Payton Pritchard, PG, Boston Celtics

Yahoo: $13; DraftKings: $4,700; FanDuel: $4,500

Unlike Fall, it’s not a question of whether Pritchard gets a chance; it’s a matter of IF he will make most of the opportunity. He was pedestrian in the Jan 6th matchup against the Heat don’t expect too much out of the rookie.

3.) Patty Mills, PG/SG, San Antonio Spurs

Yahoo: $11; DraftKings: $4,800; FanDuel: $4,100

Mills is a big part of what’s going on with the Spurs, hitting at least 25 minutes the past three games. During that span, he averaged 19.3 points and three dimes. If you’ll tap his services, just hope he contributes in the assists department more.

4.) Al Horford, C, OKC Thunder

Yahoo: $17; DraftKings: $5,500; FanDuel: $5,200

If you don’t like playing the IF game, you can go for an old reliable in Al Horford. His days of over 30 FP are over but he’ll give you 25-28 FP most nights.

5.) Daniel Theis, PF, Boston Celtics

Yahoo: $13; DraftKings: $5,500; FanDuel: $5,100

While Tacko is a big if, Theis is the unquestioned starter for the Celtics, who will be without Jayson Tatum, Robert Williams, Tristan Thompson, and a couple of others. If the German does not get himself in foul trouble, he will surely provide the numbers because he is a better matchup against Bam Adebayo.
