Best Value Picks For NBA DFS Thursday Jan. 16, 2020

Let's do best value picks once again since the last time I did it, it was raining fantasy points all over. Here's a short recap: I recommended Devin Booker and Rudy Gobert and boy, were they nuclear. Booker stuffed the stat sheet (39 points, seven rebounds, three assists, two steals) and Gobert dominated the glass while scoring over 20 for consecutive games (22 points, 18 rebounds, four assists, one steal, and two blocks). Eric Bledsoe was below average by his standards but he only played 21 minutes Read More

5 Bargain OptioNS For NBA DFS Jan. 6, 2020

I wasnt' able to do a recap for Jan. 4 because of time constraints but MPJ, Jordan McRae, and Marcus Smart all disappointed for various reasons. Ish Smith went nuclear in the Wizards win (with Troy Brown giving quality minutes off the bench) so McRae did not really have the chance to replicate on his career game. Smart still played a lot of minutes but the return of Jaylen Brown kind of capped his ceiling. That doesn't mean, however, that I will completely ignore him in the upcoming game against Read More

3 players to build your DraftKings lineup around. Dec 30th.

I didn’t particularly like this weekends slate of games. Saturday had a huge 13 gamer and yesterday was an injury riddled 4 game slate. I am looking forward to this 6 game, there haven’t been many lately. Here are 3 players to build your DraftKings lineup around. Orlando Magic Daily Nikola Vucevic - $7,900 Nikola has been playing well since coming back from injury. His first 3 games he missed his fantasy average but he was very close, he has surpassed it in the last 3 of the last 4 games, Read More

Wednesday Recap Kemba Walker   45.25     32P/3A/5R/1B Danilo Gallinari   29.75 FPTs    20P/3A/3R Jarrett Culver  DNP Bleacher Report Kemba had a hot first quarter with 16 points but was ice cold in the second quarter not scoring a single basket. Walker’s offensive struggles continued with a 3 point 3rd quarter but then he erupted for 13 points in the final 6 minutes. 45.25 is good for Kemba’s 3rd straight game above his fantasy average, but he could have Read More

Nikola Jokic and the Best Value Picks for NBA DFS Monday– Mar. 4, 2019

Nikola Jokic and the Best Value Picks for NBA DFS Monday-- Mar. 4, 2019
The Studs
Nikola Jokic, C, Denver Nuggets

The best matchups to choose are those between playoff-bound teams in the West, exactly what Nuggets v Spurs brings. Jokic would be the best big man in this outing, no disrespect to LaMarcus Aldridge, and is a consistent triple-double threat. He played only 22 foul-plagued minutes and still contributed 20-9-7 with 2 steals and 2 blocks in his last outing. If he gets the foul problem Read More

Best Value Picks For NBA DFS Thursday– Feb. 28, 2019

Best Value Picks For NBA DFS Thursday-- Feb. 28, 2019
The Studs
DeMarcus Cousins, C, Golden State Warriors

Boogie did not play versus Miami to rest but has been playing really well lately. He had four consecutive double-doubles culminating in a 24-11-3 performance with a steal and three blocks in Charlotte. He is beginning to show the potential to cough up 50 FP nights so I'm scooping him up before his salary gets really high.
Donovan Mitchell, SG, Utah Jazz

Spyda has been picking up Read More

3 Building Blocks For NBA DFS Tuesday– April 10, 2018

We're heading down the homestretch of the season but Daily Fantasy Basketball isn't quite done yet. Here are the 3 players you can build with on a six-game NBA DFS Tuesday.
Ben Simmons, PG, Philadelphia 76ers

Simmons is a lock for ROY but the way he is playing lately, I say give him an All-NBA spot right here right now. The Aussie is averaging a triple-double for the past month (14.2 points, 10 rebounds, and 10.6 assists) along with 1.8 steals and 0.6 blocks. The Sixers are looking to lock Read More

NBA DFS Playoffs: 3 Bargains To Look At This Sunday (April 30, 2017)

NBA DFS Playoffs: 3 Bargains To Look At This Sunday (April 30, 2017)
1. Austin Rivers, PG/SG, Los Angeles Clippers ($4,000)

It sure pays when the coach is your Dad. Kidding aside though, Rivers is the best option the Clippers have right now at SG because at least he goes after people and JJ Redick and Jamal Crawford are useless when they're not hitting shots.

Rivers played 35 minutes in just the second game since his injury and could see plenty of run in a winner-take-all Game 7.
2. Joe Read More
